TMM-nouveau-testing

Fedora 14 i386 x86_64 Source RPMs

This repository contains recent nouveau snapshots, for development and testing purposes. Packages downloaded or build from repo will replace Fedora-provided kernels with rawhide-grade kernels that contain the latest nouveau DRM, and update Fedora's xorg-x11-drv-nouveau and libdrm packages with current git snapshots - use at your own risk!.

Once you have configured your system, simply enable the TMM-nouveau-testing repo (via PackageKit, or by setting enabled=1 in /etc/yum.repos.d/TMM.repo) if you're running Fedora 14 on an i686. Otherwise, use yumdownloader --source enablerepo=TMM-nouveau-testing kernel libdrm xorg-x11-drv-nouveau to download the latest source RPMs, then run rpmbuild --rebuild package_name.srpm to generate packages for your arch and Fedora version

If you want to go further and test out the Gallium3D driver, you no longer have to upgrade these packages yourself in order to track upstream changes to mesa.

N.B. DO NOT file any bugs on Fedora's bugtracker and DO NOT ask the Fedora Project for assistance if you are running a kernel from this repo. Similarly, any problems with the nouveau X11 driver or libdrm should be reported upstream, and not to anyone from Fedora. If you post a question at the community-run Fedora Forum, please make it clear that you are using the TMM-nouveau-testing repo.
